Only the bag is manually applied during the work process, and the measuring bagging machine is completed.

Job Description: After the equipment is installed, the power supply ventilation is adjusted. After the packaging parameters are input into the control system, the machine is started. The feeding mechanism of the packaging machine is started. The material in the raw material warehouse flows through the gate to the measuring bucket. The sensor will measure the material in the bucket. The weight is transmitted to the control instrument, and the meter stops the fast feeding according to the set parameters (closes part of the gate), the slow feeding mechanism continues to work, and the slow feeding mechanism stops after reaching the set packing weight. Manually put the pre-made packaging bag to the machine feeding opening, touch the travel switch, the machine automatically clamps the packaging bag, and gives the bag personnel to leave the packaging bag for the second packaging. At the same time, the control system automatically measures the inside of the weighing bag. The material is discharged into the package. After a delay of a few seconds, the bagging device (loose bag) is opened to complete the bagging measurement. The packaged bag is then transported by the transport mechanism to the sealing machine for sealing.
